The following information forms the basis of participation in the Hilton HHonors™ guest Reward Program ("HHonors" or "Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are intended to protect the members of HHonors ("Members"), and Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. ("Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C." or "We"). Your participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them.

Please note however, HHonors Program Terms and Conditions cannot be superseded or changed except in writing from Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.

General

  1. Hilton HHonors™ Program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, Inc. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. is defined as Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, employees, and agents.
  2. The Hilton HHonors Program Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. By participating in the HHonors Program, Members consent that venue for all suits will be in the Eastern District of Virginia or, if there's no federal jurisdiction, venue will be in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Program Terms and Conditions set forth here in supersede all prior Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Membership in and application for membership in the Hilton HHonors Program is void if prohibited by law in the country of the Member's or applicant's domicile.
  4. The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice. Members will have six months from the date Program termination is announced to accumulate and redeem a desired Reward. This means that, regardless of the amount you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate points and claim Rewards can be terminated by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. six months after Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. announces Program termination.
  5. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, Rewards or Reward levels pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or Reward Certificates or Confirmations already accumulated. This means that Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio, travel partner affiliations, rules for earning HHonors Points, Reward redemption levels, rules and procedures for the use of Rewards, continued availability of awards, Reward types, and the features of special offers.
  6. Only individuals of majority age in their state of residence may enroll in HHonors and become Members (defined as individuals who have been accepted as Members by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.). Corporations, associations or groups are not permitted to enroll in HHonors. Married couples who became HHonors Mutual Fund Members prior to April 1, 2004 may participate jointly through HHonors Mutual Fund.
  7. Program membership entitles Members the right to earn points, which can be redeemed for Rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Member benefits and Reward are offered in good faith, however may not be available if prohibited by law or regulation in Member's country of residence.
  8. Members must not maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts.
  9. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. reserves the right to discontinue HHonors membership for any Member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program or any portion of the Program, including, but not limited to, Reward redemption or Certificate use. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or federal laws, statutes or ordinances or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, theft, or dishonesty in connection with the account as determined with Hilton's sole discretion. Such discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of HHonors Certificates, benefits and privileges. In addition to discontinuance of HHonors membership, Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
  10. The sale or barter of any HHonors Points, Certificates, Rewards Confirmations or other HHonors benefits other than by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., is prohibited. Any points, Certificates or benefits which Hilton deems in its sole discretion to have been transferred, sold or assigned in violation of Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or canceled.
  11. All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.
  12. The term "hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio" as used in these Terms and Conditions is defined as a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands and any other hotel that participates in the HHonors program.
  13. Members who do not have eligible activity as defined in a. - d. below in any 12 consecutive month period may be removed from the Program and are subject to forfeiture of all accumulated points. At the discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, such Members may be permitted to remain in the Program and removed after five years of inactivity. To keep accumulated HHonors Points, the Member must take one of the following actions within a 12 consecutive month period:
      a.  stay at a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio pursuant to the terms herein;
      b.  earn HHonors Points through any third party source of HHonors Point accumulation, including a Hilton co-branded credit card, pursuant to its terms;
      c.  purchase HHonors Points; or,
      d.  donate points through The Hilton HHonors Giving Back Program.
  14. Failure to take action (a), (b), (c) or (d) described above will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated points and, after five years of inactivity, to deactivation of the Member's account. Once the points have been forfeited, the Member may not retrieve any forfeited points but Member may begin to earn points again thereafter. Any Reward redeemed by the Member before the points are forfeited (such as a hotel reservation made or a car rental voucher obtained) is still valid. This applies to any year of enrollment, including without limitation, the first year of enrollment. Members who fail to pay mortgage related payments properly due and owed to Hilton Grand Vacations®, including but not limited to principal payments, interest payments, late fees, and service fees are subject to forfeiture of points equal to the amount of points accumulated in connection with Hilton Grand Vacations®. Further, Members who so fail to pay amounts due to Hilton Grand Vacations® are subject to forfeiture of any Elite tier status earned through Hilton Grand Vacations®.
  15. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Program Terms and Conditions and as to the number of points in his or her account. Hilton may attempt, but is not required, to send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of point forfeiture or Program changes. Neither Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., nor third party companies participating as marketing partners in the Program ("Marketing Partners") will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Member contact information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail or e-mail for whatever reason.
  16. Each Member is responsible for creating private account access information and for maintaining the security of that information. If the security of that information is breached by Member or a third party, Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorized by Member, accumulation of points, redemption of Rewards, or other account activity that occurs as a result, and in no event shall Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. be responsible for reimbursing Member for any points redeemed or other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result of that unauthorized access. If Member becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized redemption of Member's points or Rewards, Member must report the fraudulent activity to Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. in writing, within 90 days of it occurring, and provide all further requested information and cooperation to Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. to be eligible for reinstatement of lost points or Rewards, which reinstatement may be awarded in Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.'s sole discretion.
  17. Each Member is responsible for advising Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., of any changes to his or her contact information.
  18. Accrued points and Reward Certificates and Confirmations do not constitute property of the Members. Except as specifically provided herein, neither accrued points nor Reward Certificates/Confirmations are transferable for any reason or by operation of law. Points and Certificates accrued by Mutual Fund Members may be used by either spouse listed on the account.
  19. Specific Program benefits and services have been established for all Members; however, benefits and services offered by hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio may vary. If Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., or any HHonors Marketing Partner improperly denies a Member an accrual or benefit, the liability of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., or the Marketing Partner will be limited to the equivalent value of that accrual or benefit as determined solely by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C..
  20. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuances of the Marketing Partner's service or product(s) which may affect Program Rewards offered, the accrual of points or devaluation of Certificates.
  21. Nothing in the HHonors Program Terms and Conditions is intended or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. and the Marketing Partners.
  22. In case of the death of a Member, points in the Member’s account may be transferred to another active Member upon Hilton HHonors Worldwide’s receipt and approval of certain requested documentation and information. Click here for required documentation. To be eligible, transfer must be requested and all required documents and information provided within one year from the date of the Member’s death. Any transfer remains within the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. Any decision made by Hilton HHonors Worldwide in response to a request for transfer is final and not subject to further review or dispute. Elite status cannot be transferred and points received by a Member through such a transfer will not count toward Elite status.

Accrual of Points

  1. HHonors Points can be earned for hotel stays only at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio. Participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio are subject to change at any time, without notice. Consult individual hotel listing on Hilton.com or at HHonors.com to determine participation. If a hotel ceases to be a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio, all stays subsequent to such date will not be eligible to earn HHonors Points regardless of when the reservation was made.
  2. To earn HHonors Points for hotel stays, a Member must be a registered, paying guest at a participating hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio and meet all of the conditions described herein. Members may also earn HHonors Points for eligible charges to Hilton HHonors credit cards, a list of such credit cards is available here, subject to terms outlined in their Cardmember Agreement. See the Credit Card Terms and Conditions for additional details. Points may also be earned for other activities as designated by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., from time to time.
  3. A "stay" is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. Specifically excluded from the definition of "stay" are the following types of ineligible stays: wholesale/tour operator packages; contracted crew rates; travel agency discount rates, packages exclusively for casino player card holders; Team Member Travel rates, Hilton Family Travel Rates; stays secured utilizing Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Hilton Club timeshare programs, Hilton Grand Vacations marketing packages with a sales presentation requirement; complimentary or barter rooms; Reward Stays (as defined herein); NET Group rates; Series Group or IT Group rates; contracted Entertainment or Encore rates; third party websites bookings (irrespective of rate paid); and "opaque" channel bookings where the brand may or may not be known at the time of purchase. HHonors Points (or stay credit) may not be earned (including as a My Way benefit) for or during ineligible stays, including without limitation, folio charges incurred during ineligible stays. If at least one night of the Member's stay is consumed with the use of HHonors Rewards Points, the entire stay is considered a "Reward Stay" and no HHonors Points may be earned, except that if Member is using Room Upgrade Rewards, any money spent on the original reservation will earn points and/or miles consistent with these Terms. Participating hotel will determine whether incidental charges incurred during either of those stays are eligible for points, except that Points will not be earned for incidental charges at Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Homewood Suites by Hilton®, and Home2 Suites by Hilton®.
  4. No points, miles, or credit toward tier status will be awarded for "no show" situations when a Member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check in to the hotel--irrespective of whether or not the Member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel's "no show" policy.
  5. A Member may earn Base Points for up to two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one folio. Base Points will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on both rooms. The term "eligible folio charges" is defined below. Bonus Points issued on Base Points, including tier bonuses (15%, 25% or 50%, depending on Member tier), Bonus Points earned through the HHonors Points and HHonors Points Earning Style Option and double or triple Base point promotions, will apply to the total Base point credit earned for both rooms. For any other bonuses, including HHonors Marketing Partner Bonus Points and other promotional bonuses, Bonus Points will be awarded on one room only. For purposes of obtaining tier status, a Member may receive one stay credit on one room only. For purposes of earning miles for stays, miles may only be earned on one room only.
  6. "Double Points" means the Member will receive a bonus equal to the number of Base Points earned during a stay and "Triple Points" means the Member will receive a bonus double the number of Base Points earned during a stay. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification.
  7. Members will earn HHonors Base Points for every eligible U.S. dollar (or other currency equivalent) charged to an individual Member's hotel bill ("eligible folio") for stays at participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.
  8. The term "eligible folio charges" for Hilton®, Conrad® Hotels and Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton™ Embassy Suites®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hilton Grand Vacations® and Waldorf Astoria* hotels shall mean: room rate, food and beverage, telephone, laundry, pay-per-view movies, entertainment and recreational facilities, and other incidental charges charged to the Member's room during the Member's stay. Dining room or other charges not billed to a Member's room during a stay are not eligible for credit. Such hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio may omit for purposes of point accrual, incidental charges by non-affiliated hotel entities which are not owned and/or operated by the hotel including, but not limited to, food and beverage outlets, gift shop, drugstore, clothes, gallery or specialty stores, recreational or entertainment concessions. The term "eligible folio charges" for Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Home2 Suites by Hilton®, and Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotels mean room rate only. Charges in connection with banquets or other catering functions are not considered "eligible folio charges" for purposes of point accrual, with the exception of points earned from qualifying meetings or events through the Hilton HHonors Event Planner and the Event Bonus Programs. Folio charges incurred during an ineligible stay are not considered "eligible folio charges."
  9. Any applicable federal, state or local taxes, including, without limitation, city occupancy tax, are not considered "eligible folio charges" and will be omitted for purposes of point accrual for hotel stays.
  10. Members may not accrue more than 100,000 Base Points during one stay, regardless of the amount of eligible folio charges, except for Homewood Suites by Hilton, Home2 Suites by Hilton and Qasr Al Sharq (a member of The Waldorf Astoria) hotels for which there is no cap.
  11. Points awarded for stays at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio outside the U.S. will be based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars. Local currency will be converted into U.S. dollars weekly, using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. This rate will be determined at Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.'s sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods but may vary from currency conversion rates used by credit card companies.
  12. A Member whose individual hotel bill is billed directly to a company and the Member is responsible for authorization for settlement at check-out is eligible for HHonors Points as described herein. However, group master-billing arrangements where charges for multiple rooms are placed on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at check-out by one individual are not eligible for HHonors Points. Incidental charges (those charged to a Member's room) paid for directly by the Member at check-out are eligible for point credit. Incidental charges billed to a master bill are not eligible for point credit.
  13. Monthly activity statements are available via email or Members may access account information online.
  14. Members will not earn points or miles for Reward Stays or hotel stays redeemed with a Marketing Partner's discount/free certificate (e.g. frequent flyer award or travel award), unless otherwise stated on the certificate. But if a Member is using Room Upgrade Rewards, any money spent on the original reservation will earn points consistent with these Terms. Members may earn points (not miles) for incidental charges at a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges at Hilton®, Conrad® Hotels and Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton™, Embassy Suites®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hilton Grand Vacations®, and the Waldorf Astoria hotels. Members will not earn points for incidental charges during a Reward Stay at a Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Home2 Suites by Hilton® or Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotel. Members will not earn points for incidental charges during hotel stays redeemed with a Marketing Partner's discount/free certificate unless otherwise stated on the certificate. For purposes of counting stays and nights for Elite tier qualification (as explained below), Reward Stays will count towards the number of overall stays and nights.
  15. HHonors Points earned by any individual Member may be transferred only in accordance with the Points Transfer and Registry program or upon death as specified herein.
  16. Any points offered in conjunction with specific hotel stays will be considered earned when the stay has been completed, fully paid and added to the Member's account. Points will not be available for redemption before the stay has been completed and paid and the points have been added to the Member's account.
  17. If a Member believes he or she did not receive the correct point credit(s) and/or miles for hotel stays, he or she must submit a written request for such credit(s) to the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office, together with a legible copy of the Member's hotel folio. Failure to supply the adequate and unaltered documentation may result in denial of such point credit or miles. For the Member's protection, all hotel travel documentation should be retained by the Member until the point credit has appeared on his or her HHonors statement. Requests must be received at Hilton Reservations and Customer Care within six months from the date of activity. For new Members, credit will be accepted for any stay occurring within 30 days prior to enrollment in the Program. Written requests must also include the Member's name; HHonors account number, address and daytime telephone number.
  18. Members may choose how they want to earn HHonors Points and airline mileage credit by selecting between two Earning Style Options: HHonors Points and Miles, and HHonors Points and HHonors Points. For more information on Earnings Style Options, please see the Double Dip Earning Style terms and conditions.
  19. Current employees of Hilton Worldwide, Inc., its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries and the employees or owners of hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio (collectively, "Employees") are eligible to participate in the Hilton HHonors Program as set forth herein but are subject to certain exceptions of these HHonors Terms and Conditions in accordance with the employee policy provided on the Team Members HHonors web site.

Car Rental HHonors Bonus Points
HHonors Bonus Points are awarded for car rentals with HHonors Car Rental Marketing Partners. Means of awarding Bonus Points vary by Marketing Partner. Click here for the list of HHonors Car Rental Marketing Partners and the number of HHonors Bonus Points that may be earned. For Thrifty, Members must stay at a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio during their car rental period and present a valid car rental agreement or keys at hotel check-in. For all other HHonors Car Rental Marketing Partners, a hotel stay is not required and Members must present their HHonors card or provide an HHonors account number when picking up the car.

Double Dip® Earning Style Options

  1. Members may select an Earning Style Option in their HHonors profile from these two options:
    • HHonors Points and Miles: 10 HHonors Base Points (except 5 HHonors Base Points at Home2 Suites by Hilton®) plus one airline mile per eligible U.S. dollar spent, except for some airlines which offer different miles per eligible U.S. dollar spent: miles vary by airline (up to 100 miles per stay at Home2 Suites);
    • HHonors Points and HHonors Points: 10 HHonors Base Points (except 5 HHonors Base Points at Home2 Suites) plus an additional 5 HHonors Bonus Points (2.5 HHonors Bonus Points at Home2 Suites) per eligible U.S. dollar spent
  2. If a Member does not select an Earning Style Option in his or her HHonors profile, such Member will automatically earn only 10 HHonors Base Points (except 5 HHonors Base Points at Home2 Suites by Hilton®) per eligible U.S. dollar spent. Members can complete their HHonors profile by visiting www.hiltonhhonors.com or calling Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. The HHonors Points and Miles Earning Style Option is available with participating airline Marketing Partners only, a list of which is available at this link.

  3. Members who select to earn HHonors Points and HHonors Points are not eligible to earn miles via promotional mileage offers.
  4. Members can change their Earning Style Option at any time. The Earning Style Option in place for a Member as of 23:59:59 U.S. Central Standard Time on the day of check-out for a given stay will be the Option that governs earnings for that stay. No changes can be made retroactively for past stays.
  5. Members may earn points and miles for stays as defined under Accrual of Points.

Mileage Programs

  1. Members who select the Earning Style Option of "Points and Miles" may earn miles for "stays" as that term is defined herein. For more information on Earning Style Options, please see the Double Dip Earning Style Option terms and conditions. Miles may be earned without taking a flight.
  2. To receive miles, Members must submit their frequent flyer number in their HHonors profile by visiting www.hiltonhhonors.com or calling your local Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. If a Member does not indicate a frequent flyer number in his or her HHonors profile (or select any Earning Style Option in their profile), such Member will automatically only earn 10 HHonors Base Points (except 5 HHonors Base Points at Home2 Suites by Hilton) per eligible U.S. dollar spent. Miles may be earned in only one airline program for any one eligible stay.
  3. Members may only accrue up to 10,000 airline miles per stay (or the equivalent currency of the airline Marketing Partner), except with respect to Home2 Suites by Hilton which limits accrual to 100 airlines miles per stay (or the equivalent currency of the airline Marketing Partner) and except with respect to the following airline carriers: Aeromexico - up to 20,000 kilometers; AIR MILES Canada - up to 1,000 reward miles; El Al Israel Airlines - up to 250 airline Points; Iberia - up to 1,000 airline Points; LAN - up to 20,000 kilometers; Virgin Atlantic Airways - up to 20,000 miles; and Air New Zealand- up to 30,000 Airpoints dollars.
  4. Members will not earn miles for Reward Stays.

HHonors Amenities for all Members, including Blue, Silver Elite, Gold Elite and Diamond Elite Members

A number of services and benefits ('Amenities') are available to Members of HHonors. These Amenities are offered solely at the discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., and the individual hotel. Not all Amenities are provided by all hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio. When payment of a resort charge is required, check individual hotel for availability of included Amenities. Should a Member be improperly denied an Amenity by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., or a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio (provided HHonors or the hotel generally offers such Amenity), liability will be limited to the equivalent value of that Amenity as determined solely by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.. Current HHonors Amenities include:

  • Private HHonors Reservation Number in the U.S. and Canada: 1-800-HHONORS. Outside the U.S. and Canada, call the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office nearest you.
  • Dedicated Hilton Reservations and Customer Care offices for Member inquiries.
  • E-mail Contacts:
  • Online Account Information
  • Automated Account Inquiry: Telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the U.S. and Canada (toll-free): 1-800-548-8690. Outside the U.S.: +1-800-449-4155.
  • Pre-Registration and Expedited Check-In: Available to all Members for whom HHonors has room preference information and a valid credit card number on file. Hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio may reserve credit against a guest's credit card for costs of services in addition to applicable room rates. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. has notified all credit card services that any such credit reserved by certain hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio in New York and not used for services rendered should be released upon the guest's departure. By using Zip-In Check-In® or Expedited Check-In, the Member consents to the reservation of such credit by the hotel as part of the agreed-upon cost of service. As part of the HHonors Zip-In Check-In or Expedited Check-In program, Member consents that HHonors may act as Member's agent for the limited purpose of signing the Hotel's guest register.
  • Online Point redemption for Hotel Reward Stays requests. Members may access their account online by clicking on the "Reward" tab.
  • Spouse stays free in the Member's room on qualifying stays. This benefit excludes stays at Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn and Suites. Hilton HHonors Membership Tiers

Earning Tier Status

Members can earn and maintain Elite tier status based on stays, nights, or Base Points earned in any calendar year. A "calendar year" is understood to mean January 1st through - December 31st of each year. Members must re-qualify for Elite status each calendar year.

Moving to a Higher Elite Tier

Members may earn a higher Elite status when their stays, nights or Base Points within a calendar year qualify the Member for the next tier, as set forth in more detail below.

Maintaining Your Elite Tier

Once the Member has reached a certain Elite tier, the Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the Elite tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year. Documentation (as defined in item #17 of Accrual of Points) must be furnished within 90 days of stay in order to count toward tier-level qualification.

Silver Elite Membership

  1. Hilton HHonors Silver Elite membership will be awarded to Members with four stays or 10 nights earned during any calendar year. A "night" is a night that is part of a "stay," as that term is defined herein. Base Points earned will count toward Silver Elite tier qualification. Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification.
  2. Silver Elite Members will receive:
    • A 15% bonus on Base Points earned during the period they are Silver Elite Members. Bonuses will be applied to stays in the order they are posted to the Member's account.
    • Complimentary access during your stay to health club or fitness center where available and where the health club or fitness center is owned or operated by the hotel.
    • Two complimentary bottles of water per stay at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad® Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton™, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Grand Vacations properties.*

Bonus Points earned on Base Points do not count toward Elite tier qualification.
  2. Gold Elite Members will receive the following during stays as a registered Gold Elite Member:

Reward Redemption

  1. To qualify for a Reward (a "Reward"), the Member must have sufficient points in his or her account to redeem the Reward from the current Reward chart, with the following exception: at the time of redemption, a Member may purchase HHonors Bonus Points to reach the required level for redemption (up to 40,000 per calendar year). See "Point Purchase" section for full Point Purchase Terms and Conditions.
  2. As reflected on the current Reward chart, the number of points required for a Reward Stay depends on the category level of the hotel and whether the Stay will occur during Peak or Off-Peak time. Stays of more than one night might include both Peak and Off-Peak periods.
  3. It is solely the responsibility of the Member to be informed about the Program and to request the specific Rewards online or via Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. Rewards must be requested online via hiltonhhonors.com, in writing, by telephone, fax, or e-mail. Members should allow two to three weeks in the U.S. and three to five weeks outside the U.S. for delivery when requesting a Reward to be mailed. Rewards will be sent to the address on file at the time of Reward redemption or as otherwise directed in writing or by the Member at time of redemption. Reward requests placed by telephone or e-mail require the Member to provide a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in addition to his or her HHonors account number. Some Rewards may be available to print when redeeming online.
  4. When a Reward is requested, the corresponding number of points for that Reward level will be deducted from the Member's account. When redeeming points online or via phone for Hotel Reward Stays or exchanging HHonors Points for airline miles through Reward Exchange, points will be deducted from the Member's account automatically upon Member completing the redemption transaction.
  5. The Reward may be issued to the HHonors member, or to any other person, as directed by the Member. Once issued, the Reward is not transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the Reward. If a person other than the individual named on the Reward documentation attempts to redeem the Reward, the Reward will be deemed void and accommodations and/or transportation will be denied.
  6. A Reward Certificate redeemable for the Reward, requested by the Member, will be issued via the website when redeeming online or via Hilton Reservations and Customer Care.
  7. Rewards may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered purchased or otherwise transferred except with the express written consent of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. Any Reward obtained in that manner without the required consent will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and deemed void. Altered Reward Certificates are void. Voided Certificates will not be honored.
  8. Reward Certificates will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., is not responsible for performance of the U.S. Postal Service or other suppliers.
  9. All Rewards are subject to certain restrictions. See the Terms and Conditions below or online at Rewards which apply to each specific Reward.
  10. Marketing Partner Reward usage is subject to capacity controls, which limit the availability of rental cars, cruises, or the products offered by certain rental car companies or other HHonors Marketing Partners, respectively.
  11. Travel Rewards are normally valid for one year from date of issuance though Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., may, from time to time, offer Rewards with shorter validity periods. Travel Reward validity periods appear on the face of the Reward Certificate.
  12. Rewards may not be combined with other certificates, discounts, packages or promotional offers unless otherwise specified in writing by Hilton HHonors Worldwide.
  13. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes or credit. Rewards are not exchangeable.
  14. Points which have been deducted from the Member's account for a Reward may be re-deposited, in the discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, only provided that ALL Reward documentation (including hotel, car and cruise Certificates) associated with the Reward are returned unused prior to the expiration date of the documentation. Rewards will be re-deposited only into the original account from which the points were deducted.
  15. Promotional Rewards involving no point deduction will not be extended beyond the validity date, exchanged or re-deposited into Member's account for points or future use.
  16. Members may request expedited delivery of Reward documentation (to U.S. residences) for a minimum service charge of US$25 payable in advance by credit card (not deliverable to a P.O. Box). The minimum service charge to expedite shipping of the Reward to Members living outside the continental U.S. or Puerto Rico is US$50. Please include a credit card number and expiration date along with your Reward Request Form when using expedited Reward service.
  17. Certificates are void where copied, prohibited or restricted by law.
  18. All Rewards must be redeemed in strict accordance with the procedures specified on the Certificate.
  19. HHonors Marketing Partner Rewards may be substituted with an equivalent Reward by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. at any time without notice. Determination of Reward equivalency is at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C..
  20. Hotel Reward Certificates apply to a standard room with double occupancy room rate and tax only. Additional occupants, age 19 and above, are subject to the standard extra person charges. Any tax liability incurred (if any) in connection with the receipt and/or use of HHonors Rewards, including, but not limited to, local or city occupancy taxes, international departure tax, customs fees, airport surcharges or individual income tax is the sole responsibility of the user. Incidental charges are the responsibility of the user.
  21. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. is not responsible, and assumes no liability for transportation or other services that Marketing Partners provide or fail to provide.
  22. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may be redeemed only at participating gaming locations and are subject to the Gaming Chip Reward Terms and Conditions.
  23. Members residing in countries where redemption of points for an HHonors Reward, Partner Reward or Reward Exchange is prohibited are not eligible for such Reward.

HHonors Reward Exchange

Exchanges may only be made in the specific increments provided via this hyperlink. Both the Marketing Partner program account and the HHonors account must be in the same name. Once an Exchange is made, it cannot be reversed or undone and expediting fees cannot be refunded. The HHonors Reward Exchange is a benefit of the Hilton HHonors Program, and is subject to all HHonors Program Terms and Conditions. Please allow 60 days for the Exchange to be posted.

Hotel Reward Stays

  1. Hotel Reward Stays ("Reward Stays") are hotel stays at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio with the use of points combined with payment, where available, or a Reward Certificate. If at least one night of the Member's stay is consumed with the use of points, the entire stay is considered a Reward Stay.
  2. There are four possible types of Reward Stays that Members can redeem, depending on the hotel:
    1. Standard Room Rewards - Members can use HHonors Points to book a standard room, as defined by each hotel and subject to availability. View Information on number of points required for Standard Room Rewards.
    2. Points & Money Rewards™ - At participating hotels, Members can use a combination of HHonors Points and money to book a standard room, as defined by each hotel and subject to availability. The number of points required to redeem Points & Money Rewards™ varies by hotel, booking date and stay date.
    3. Premium Room Rewards - Members can use HHonors Points to book any premium room (any room or suite categorized above standard room designation, as determined by Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C. and participating hotel) available at booking. The number of points required to redeem Premium Room Rewards varies by room, hotel, booking date, and stay date.
    4. Room Upgrade Rewards - Members can use HHonors Points to upgrade a confirmed, existing reservation to any premium room (any room or suite categorized above standard room designation, as determined by Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C. and participating hotel) available. This option is not available for reservations booked via Advance Purchase Rate, reservations that are part of a blocked group of rooms, or reservations that are made with a promotional Free Night Certificate. This option can be used only once per reservation. The number of points required to redeem Room Upgrade Rewards varies by room, hotel, booking date, and stay date. Unlike the other Rewards options, Room Upgrade Rewards can be redeemed at the front-desk of some participating hotels.

  3. Each participating hotel is subject to one of the following classifications: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, All-Inclusive or Distinctive. The number of points required for Reward Stays varies among the participating hotels based upon classification, as well as by room, booking date, and stay date. View Information on number of points required for Standard Room Rewards.
  4. Participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio and Reward types and classifications may change at any time without notice at Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C.'s sole discretion.
      Reward Stays are not subject to blackout dates or capacity controls, except for Points & Money Rewards™, which are subject to both at the participating hotel's and/or Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C.'s discretion. All Rewards depend upon availability and some Reward Stays types may not be available on the date of Member's request.
  5. When redeeming HHonors Points for a Reward Stay, Members must either book a Reward Stay online or call 1-800-HHONORS (1-800-446-6677) from the U.S. or Canada for reservations and advise the reservationist at that time that they will be using HHonors Points. Members outside the U.S. and Canada must call the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office. If booking a Reward Stay online, Members will receive a confirmation page with their Hotel Stay Reward reservation and Reward Certificate ID in one online transaction. If booking a Reward Stay reservation via phone, Members should request an HHonors Reward Confirmation in one of the following ways:
      a.  Online;
      b.  Via e-mail to Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. Please be sure to include HHonors account number, PIN, Reward you are requesting, along with the appropriate Rewards Code;
      c.  Via phone or fax; or,
      d.  In writing to the nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care.
      Failure to comply with this procedure may result in cancellation of reservations, denial of accommodations or payment of published retail rate. Accommodations must be reserved prior to Hotel Reward Stay.
  6. All Reward Stay reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Some hotels may require a deposit in lieu of a credit card guarantee. Deposits cannot be waived for Reward Stay reservations. No-shows or cancellations of Reward Stay reservations outside of the timeframe set by the hotel's individual cancellation policy will be charged one night's room and tax at the hotel's Best Available Rate for that date. General cancellation policy: cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Additional cancellation policies are established by each individual hotel and may differ from the general cancellation policy; in that case, the hotel's individual cancellation policy applies.
  7. A Reward Stay reservation is valid for the room accommodations stated thereon at one room at one hotel for one stay (as that term is defined herein) and as provided on the Reward Stay Certificate or Confirmation. To change the location of a Reward Stay reservation, the Member must first cancel the existing Reward Stay reservation and then book the new Reward Stay reservation at the desired property.
  8. No credit or substitutions will be given for any Reward Certificates that are only partially used.
  9. Promotional Rewards are for Standard Rooms only.
  10. Reward Stays are not commissionable to travel agents.
  11. The number of Reward Stays and the number of nights during a Reward Stay will count towards the number of stays and/or nights required for Elite tier qualification.
  12. Members will not earn points or miles for Reward Stays, except that if Member is using Room Upgrade Rewards, any money spent on the original reservation will earn points and/or miles consistent with these Terms. Members may earn points (not miles) for incidental charges at a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges at Hilton, Conrad® Hotels and Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton™, Embassy Suites™, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hilton Grand Vacations®, and the Waldorf Astoria® Hotels & Resorts Hotels. Members will not earn points for incidental charges during a Reward Stay at a Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Home2 Suites by Hilton® or Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotel.
  13. Recipients of Rewards may be required to sign a release of liability and a statement permitting the use of their name and/or photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  14. Please note that the Rewards Desk at Hilton Reservations and Customer Care is open from 5:00 AM until 1:30 AM CT, 7 days a week.

Gaming Chip Rewards

  1. Failure to comply with redemption procedures, or with the following Terms and Conditions, may result in the cancellation of the redemption of the Reward Certificate for Gaming Chips.
  2. Gaming Chip Rewards are subject to the HHonors Terms and Conditions as set forth herein.
  3. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are nontransferable and may be used only by the Reward designee on the Certificate. If a person other than the individual named on the Certificate attempts to use it, the Certificate will be deemed void.
  4. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered or purchased. Any Reward Certificate obtained in this manner by any person or entity will be considered to be fraudulently obtained and will be deemed void if transferred for case of other consideration. Altered Reward Certificates are void and will not be honored.
  5. The Reward designee listed on the face of the Gaming Chip Reward Certificate does not need to be a registered hotel guest at the Hilton Gaming location at which the Reward Certificate is being redeemed for Gaming Chips.
  6. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may be redeemed for Gaming Chips only at the participating Hilton Gaming locations specified on the face of the Certificate. At the Hilton Gaming location's discretion, a special casino cage or cashier's window may be designated for this purpose. Gaming Chips must be redeemed while on, and may not be removed from, the Gaming location.
  7. Participating Hilton Gaming locations and the Gaming Chip Rewards program availability may change at any time without notice.
  8. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates will be verified authentic by the participating Hilton Gaming location, and must be endorsed by the Certificate holder in the presence of a designated cashier to be valid. The person redeeming the Gaming Chip Reward Certificates must present a valid photo I.D. for verification of identity and eligible age.
  9. Gaming Chip Rewards Certificates will be awarded only to and may be redeemed only by persons of legal gambling age.
  10. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates may not be combined with other Gaming certificates, coupons, discounts, packages or promotional offers.
  11. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes or credit. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates, once issued, are not exchangeable.
  12. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates will not be replaced, reissued or credited if lost or stolen or otherwise destroyed. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. is not responsible for the performance of the U.S. or local Postal Service or other suppliers.
  13. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are void where copied, prohibited or restricted by law.
  14. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are subject to local gaming rules and regulations.
  15. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption.
  16. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are redeemable for Gaming Chips from the date of issue through the "valid through" date indicated on the face of the Certificate.
  17. Gaming Chip Reward Certificates are valid for standard Gaming Chips issued by the participating Hilton Gaming Location.
  18. No HHonors Point credit or HHonors Reward substitutions will be given for any Gaming Chips that are not used at the Hilton Gaming location where and when the Certificate is redeemed.
  19. Gaming Chips may only be exchanged for cash, or gambled, at Hilton Gaming locations. Chips may not be used to purchase merchandise, to pay for room and/or incidental charges, for tipping or service charges, or for other nongaming purposes.

Event Planner Program - Hotels in the U.S. & Canada

  1. Only the individual stipulated in the contract is eligible to receive Event Planner Bonus Points on eligible charges associated with the event. The amount of the Event Planner Bonus Points is within the discretion of the hotel and must be negotiated and agreed to in the event contract. The hotel may decide, in its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, whether to offer airline miles in addition to Event Planner Bonus Points on eligible charges associated with the event. The hotel may decide in its sole discretion whether the event qualifies for the Event Planner program.
  2. Eligible charges include all event-related spending (listed in the contract) paid for by the meeting/event planner named in the agreement (such as meeting room hire, catering, guest rooms, and excluding taxes and service charges). If guest rooms are not included in the Event Planner agreement, Members who reserve rooms under their own account are eligible to earn Points & Miles® for stays in accordance with HHonors Terms and Conditions. If guest rooms are included in the Event agreement, Members who reserve rooms in connection with this event are not eligible to earn Points & Miles for the stay. The hotel may decide in its sole discretion whether the charges are eligible charges. A qualifying event may include, but is not limited to, any group or business meeting, events such as wedding receptions, family reunions or conferences contracted through the sales or catering department and sold at published rates with a required minimum value of US$1,000 in eligible charges.
  3. Offer is valid for new event bookings only.
  4. A maximum of 100,000 HHonors Points can be earned per event. If the hotel elects to provide airline miles in addition to Event Planner Bonus Points for eligible charges in connection with the event, a maximum of 100,000 airline miles (or equivalent depending on the airline Marketing Partner) can be earned per event.
  5. Members who hold qualifying events at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio in the U.S. and Canada are eligible to receive 1 HHonors Bonus Point per eligible U.S. dollar spent on eligible charges for the event. If the hotel elects to provide airline miles in addition to Event Planner Bonus Points for eligible charges in connection with the event, the planner would be eligible to earn 1 airline mile per US$1 spent on eligible charges for the event (or equivalent depending on the airline Marketing Partner).
  6. The Event Planner bonus recipient does not have to be a registered guest or attend the meeting. The Event Planner bonus recipient must be a Member of Hilton HHonors to receive points (and airline miles if the hotel so chooses to offer airline miles in addition to points for the event) in connection with the event. Individuals can be enrolled in HHonors to meet this eligibility requirement.
  7. Points (and airline miles if the hotel so chooses to offer airline miles in addition to points for the event) awarded for events held at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio in Canada will be based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars. Local currency will be converted into U.S. dollars on the day the event is paid for using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. This rate will be determined at Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.'s sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods, but may vary from currency conversion rates used by credit card companies.
  8. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the event has been paid for in full, for posting of points (and airline miles if the hotel so chooses to offer airline miles in addition to points for the event) to Member's account.
  9. The Event Planner bonus is available to travel agents/travel sellers/conference planners who book and complete a qualifying event.
  10. Airline programs participating in the Hilton HHonors™ Event Planner Program (if applicable) are subject to change without notice. Airline miles accrued and awards issued are subject to the terms and conditions of each participating airline's reward program, as applicable.
  11. Hilton HHonors Event Planner bonus is awarded at the discretion of the hotel and may not be awarded on all group events. Other restrictions may apply.
  12. No HHonors Points or airline miles will be awarded for "no show" or cancelled events when a Member has booked an event guaranteed with a credit card but then does not hold the event--irrespective of whether or not the Member's credit card is charged for any portion of the event per the hotel's "no show" or cancellation policy.
  13. Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles, and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions. Event Planner earnings are void where prohibited or restricted by local law.

Event Bonus Program - Hotels outside the U.S. and Canada

  1. Only the individual stipulated in the contract is eligible to receive Hilton HHonors Event Bonus hotel points and airline miles on eligible charges associated with the event. The amount of the Event Bonus is within the discretion of the hotel and must be negotiated and agreed to in the event contract. The hotel may decide in its sole discretion whether the event qualifies for the Event Bonus program.
  2. Eligible charges include all event-related spending (listed in the contract) paid for by the meeting/event planner named in this agreement (such as meeting room hire, catering, guest rooms, and excluding taxes and service charges. If guest rooms are not included in the Event Bonus agreement, Members who reserve rooms under their own account are eligible to earn Points & Miles® for stays in accordance with HHonors Terms and Conditions. If guest rooms are included in the Event Bonus agreement, Members who reserve rooms in connection with this event are not eligible to earn Points & Miles for the stay. The hotel may decide in its sole discretion whether the charges are eligible charges. A qualifying event may include, but is not limited to, any group or meeting business, events such as wedding receptions, family reunions or conferences contracted through the sales or catering department and sold at published rates with a required minimum value of US$1,000* in eligible charges.
  3. Offer is valid for new meetings bookings only.
  4. A maximum of 100,000 HHonors Points and 100,000 airline miles (or equivalent depending on the airline Marketing Partner) can be claimed per event.
  5. Members who hold qualifying events at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio outside the U.S. and Canada are eligible to receive 1 HHonors Bonus Point and 1 airline mile per US$1 spent** or 1.5 HHonors Bonus Points per US$1 spent.**
  6. Hilton HHonors Event Credits are vouchers that can be purchased using HHonors Points, which can be used as a credit against future bookings made at hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio outside the U.S. and Canada. Event Credits can be redeemed by calling the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care office nearest you and quoting the appropriate Reward Code. You will then be sent the Event Credit voucher via mail, email or fax. The meeting/event planner will then present the voucher to the hotel when booking the next event and will receive the relevant discount (US$150, $250 or $500). These vouchers will expire one year from the date of redemption.
  7. The Event Bonus recipient does not have to be a registered guest or attend the event. The Event Bonus recipient must be a Member of Hilton HHonors to receive HHonors Points & Miles® in connection with the event. Individuals can be enrolled in HHonors to meet this eligibility requirement.
  8. HHonors Points and airline miles awarded for qualifying events will be based on local currency converted to U.S. dollars**. Point Purchase Program

Point purchase is available to Members through two different channels:

Non-reservation Point Purchase: Points may be purchased by credit card online, or via written request, phone or e-mail to Hilton Reservations and Customer Care. Members may purchase up to 40,000 HHonors Bonus Points per calendar year. Points must be purchased in 1,000 point increments at a cost of US$10.00 per 1,000 points. Purchase of less than 10,000 points in any one transaction will be charged at US$.0125 per point. All purchases must be made in U.S. dollars only.

Point Purchase During Booking: In addition to the Non-reservation Point Purchase option, Members can purchase points during the booking process when the Member does not have enough points to redeem a Reward Stay. Until such date that Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C. imposes a limit, Members can purchase an unlimited number of points up to the total number of points required to redeem the Member's desired Reward Stay. Members must purchase these points during the Reward Stay booking process, either by credit card online, or via telephone, at 1-800-HHONORS (1-800-446-6677), in the U.S. At any time, at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C., Members may be limited in the number of points they can purchase per Reward Stay booking and per calendar year via this purchase option, and that limit may change at any time without notification. The cost of points purchased through this option depends on the number of points purchased and is subject to change at any time without notification. Total cost of points will be shown to Member during the booking process before purchase. All purchases must be made in U.S. dollars only.

  1. A new HHonors Member may purchase points 30 days after enrollment if their account reflects activity including a stay (as defined herein) or earning HHonors Points through an HHonors Marketing Partner.  After 90 days of enrollment, a new Member is eligible to purchase points regardless of their account activity.
  2. The purchase and use of these Hilton HHonors Points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Hilton HHonors Program.
  3. The sale, barter, gift or assignment of Hilton HHonors Points, point awards or other benefits, other than by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., is expressly prohibited. Hilton HHonors Points, including such points purchased under the Point Purchase Program, are non-transferable (except as specifically provided herein) and may not be pooled with points in another Hilton HHonors account. The points purchased under the Point Purchase Program are non-refundable.
  4. The points purchased under the Point Purchase Program will be posted to the Member's Hilton HHonors account immediately (provided there are no technical issues that prevent immediate posting).
  5. Each Hilton HHonors Member or two (2) Members with a single Mutual Fund account are limited to purchasing no more than forty thousand (40,000) Non-Reservation Points in any calendar year and, for Points purchased during booking, limits that may be set per booking and per calendar year at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide L.L.C., subject to change. Any points beyond these limits will not be posted to any Member's account, regardless whether such Member has remitted payment for such points.
  6. The Member's acceptance of the terms of these Terms and Conditions authorizes Hilton HHonors to charge the credit card that such Member provided under the Point Purchase Program for the amount stated, based on the number of points purchased by such Member. In the event of any point or financial discrepancy, the payment calculations under these Term and Conditions shall be based upon data contained in Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.'s records, and the data in Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.'s records shall take precedence over the data in any other records.
  7. Any improper usage of Hilton HHonors Points pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and the Point Purchase Program, or any other misuse of points, shall be grounds for immediate confiscation and forfeit of such points, and may be grounds for the forfeiture of all points in the Member's account and the Member's ejection from the Hilton HHonors Program.
  8. By signing and/or submitting the Order Form for points, or by allowing the credit card number provided to be charged for the purchase of points under the Point Purchase Program, the Member acknowledges and signifies his or her agreement with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and in the Order Form.
  9. Any points purchased will constitute the first points redeemed when the purchasing Member redeems his or her points for a Reward.
  10. Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles®, and redemption of points are subject to HHonors Terms and Conditions. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. reserves the right to change the Hilton HHonors Program rules, regulations, terms, travel awards and thresholds, and special offers, at any time, without notice. Hilton HHonors also reserves the right to terminate the Point Purchase Program with six (6) months general notice.

Hilton HHonors Point Transfer and Registry Program

Hilton HHonors™ Points can be transferred to another Member in increments of 10,000 points, at a cost of US$.0025 per point, or US$25.00 per 10,000 points. There is no limit to the number of HHonors Points a Member can transfer or receive. Fees are based on the number of points a Member transfers out of his or her account. After transferring 200,000 points in a calendar year, any subsequent transfers that calendar year are complimentary. The Point Registry program allows Members to send up to 50 emails to friends and family for five different events in one calendar year. Note that Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. will not store or send any additional emails to the addresses Members supplied. Credit card used for transfer fees must match the name and address of the Member making the point transfer. All costs calculated in U.S. dollars. The point transfer fees incurred under the Point Transfer and Registry Program are non-refundable.

The sale of Hilton HHonors Points, point awards or other benefits, other than by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C., is expressly prohibited. Any improper usage of Hilton HHonors Points pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and the Point Transfer/Registry Program, or any other misuse of points, shall be grounds for immediate confiscation and forfeit of such points, and may be grounds for the forfeiture of all points in the Member's account and the Member's ejection from the Hilton HHonors Program, as determined within Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C.'s sole discretion.

HHonors Mutual Fund

  1. Effective April 1, 2004, new HHonors Mutual Fund accounts are no longer available. Members who have a Mutual Fund account as of March 31, 2004 will continue to receive Mutual Fund benefits.
  2. HHonors Mutual Fund benefits are designed to allow legally married couples to combine their point earnings toward Rewards, and/or to combine their stay/point earnings toward special promotion qualifications or Elite qualification. The HHonors Mutual Fund is not designed to award duplicate bonuses and/or Rewards.
  3. HHonors Mutual Fund accounts are available only to couples legally married under the laws of the state or province or country in which the couple resides.
  4. For all HHonors Mutual Fund accounts combined between January 1, 1990 and March 31, 2004, only one HHonors enrollment or activation bonus will be permitted in the joint account.
  5. Each spouse participating in an HHonors Mutual Fund will be issued the same HHonors account number. At the time an HHonors Mutual Fund is established, the name and address of one spouse will be designated as the recipient of all HHonors mailings.
  6. Only one statement will be issued per HHonors Mutual Fund account. The individual travel accumulated by either spouse will appear on a combined HHonors Mutual Fund statement. When a Reward is requested, the points will be deducted from the combined balance. Individual balances will not be maintained or available to HHonors Mutual Fund participants.
  7. Either spouse acting alone may use any and all accumulated points to request any Reward(s) for which the HHonors Mutual Fund has sufficient points. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. is not responsible for, and bears no liability for, disagreements or disputes between Members concerning the use of points accumulated in the HHonors Mutual Fund account.
  8. In case of the death of a Member, points in the HHonors Mutual Fund will go to the surviving spouse. In the event of dissolution of marriage, 50% of points in the HHonors Mutual Fund will go to each Member. Both spouses must sign to request dissolution of account. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. may require official documentation evidencing death or dissolution of marriage. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. is not responsible for, and bears no liability for, disagreements or disputes between Members concerning the dissolution of HHonors Mutual Fund accounts. Except as specifically provided herein, neither accrued points nor Certificates are transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.
  9. All HHonors Program Terms and Conditions apply to HHonors Mutual Fund accounts and participants. All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C..

Your Agreement to Our Use of Information about You

We process your personal information in accordance with the Hilton Global Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy").

In addition, by participating in the HHonors Program, we may collect additional personal information from you. We may also use and share your personal information in the ways described below, in addition to what is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions supplement the Privacy Policy with respect to our processing of the personal information of HHonors Program Members. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, you must elect not to join the HHonors Program.

Additional personal information that we collect includes information that you provide when you enroll in the HHonors Program or when you manage your profile online. During enrollment, we require that you provide your name, physical address and e-mail address. When you manage your profile online, you have the opportunity to provide additional information about your preferred airline partners and your loyalty program account numbers with them, your room type preferences, your language preferences, your credit card account(s), your preferences for receiving news, offers and information from companies that are part of the Hilton Worldwide portfolio, and to create a User ID and password.

In addition to the uses and sharing described in the Privacy Policy, we may use and share relevant portions of your personal information in order to administer the HHonors Program. This may include sharing your personal information with our business partners in order to credit you with mileage or other benefits earned through your participation in the HHonors Program.

By enrolling, you also consent to the transfer of your information to countries where our information processing facilities, business operations and hotels are located, including the United States and other countries where data protection laws may differ from those of your home country.

To ensure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date, we may also share your information with a third party for the purpose of updating and enhancing the quality and content of the information we maintain about you.

As a Member, you may receive additional communications from us, including HHonors statements, third party news and offers specifically for Members, and co-branded messages from our business partners. Members of certain levels in certain states may also receive post-stay e-mails from us. You may change the communications you receive from us by logging onto your account online and managing your subscriptions, or by contacting us in the manner described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website. We may also modify the Privacy Policy from time to time as described in the Privacy Policy. Your continued participation in the HHonors Program following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions, or to the Privacy Policy, will indicate your acceptance of the changes.

Conditions of Participation

HILTON HHONORS WORLDWIDE, L.L.C. PROVIDES THE HHONORS PROGRAM, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS "AS-IS" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY. You also agree that Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. does not represent, warrant or guaranty that the HHonors Program or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be corrected or changes implemented. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL HILTON BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE HHONORS PROGRAM OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF A HILTON HHONORS WORLDWIDE, L.L.C. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. In the event Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. is held liable for any damages related to such matters, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products paid by you to the entity held liable which were not provided by such entity. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. The failure by Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. to exercise rights granted to Hilton HHonors Worldwide, L.L.C. hereunder upon the occurrence of any of the contingencies set forth in this agreement will not constitute a waiver of such rights upon the recurrence of such contingency.
