The Team Member Travel Program and the Hilton Family Travel Program, provide eligible team members with discounted room rates at any of our more than 2,000 owned, managed or franchised hotels and resorts, subject to applicable taxes and hotel guarantee and cancellation policies. Team members may enjoy these benefits for leisure travel only. These benefits do not apply when traveling on business. Team members are responsible for settling all charges upon check-out. Please note that Hilton Worldwide reserves the right to change or cancel either program, at any time and without notice.    
Inappropriate use of the Passport or the Hilton Family Travel Program by a team member from an owned and managed property may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Hilton Worldwide reserves the right to audit compliance with the programs at anytime and without notice.    
The Team Member Travel Program daily rate will vary by hotel brand. View rate schedule. The daily rates under the Hilton Family Travel Program are variable and are set by the individual properties. Note that the discounted rate offered by a hotel under the Hilton Family Travel Program will not necessarily be lower than the discounted rate made available by the hotel to the general public (e.g., through an on-line discount travel site).    
Eligibility
1. How do I know if I'm eligible?
Participation in the Hilton Family Travel Program is open to all regular, full and part-time team members of Hilton Worldwide, its subsidiaries, and owned, managed and franchised hotels in the Hilton family of brands ("Eligible Employees"). The Team Member Travel Program is available to all Eligible Employees working in the Americas. Both programs are available to Eligible Employees without any wait period.
2. Who can I bring?
Participation in the Team Member Travel Program is open to all immediate family members (defined as a team member's spouse, parents and/or any children) traveling with the team member. The team member must be present at check-in to use the Team Member Travel Program. The Hilton Family Travel Program is open to all immediate family members (as previously defined) and a team member's siblings, in-laws and grandparents, whether or not traveling with the team member. Rooms obtained for any other individuals will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rates.
Travel Restrictions
1. Where can I go?
You may request your reservation at any hotel in The Hilton Family (excluding any hotel within 50 miles of your residence or the location where you are regularly employed for TMTP rates). Team members may not reserve discounted rooms at the hotels at which they are employed.
2. How many rooms can I reserve? How long can I stay?
You may reserve up to two rooms per stay under each program. As the Team Member Travel Program and the Hilton Family Travel Program are separate, independent programs, you may, subject to availability, reserve up to four rooms per stay at a hotel - two rooms under the Team Member Travel Program and two rooms under the Family Travel Program.
You may stay for up to seven consecutive nights at the discounted rate per stay.
HHonors points will not be accrued for any TMTP or HFTP travel. No HHonors offers can be combined or redeemed in conjunction with these programs.
Reservations
1. How far in Advance may I book my room?
Reservations may be booked up to one year in advance at any of the hotels under either the Team Member Travel Program or the Hilton Family Travel Program. Reservations at Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Homewood Suites by Hilton must be made no fewer than 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. Reservations at Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels & Resorts must be made no fewer than 14 days in advance of arrival. Reservations at Hilton, Doubletree, and Hilton Garden Inn hotels may be reserved up to your day of arrival. Reservations at Embassy Suites hotels must be made no fewer than 3 days in advance of your scheduled arrival.
Reservations may not be held in different hotels over the same dates unless one of the reservations is made through the Team Member Travel Program and the other reservation is made through the Hilton Family Travel Program. A second reservation under a program cannot be made for the same hotel until the first stay under that program is completed. Exceptions may be granted for certain trips (i.e., a person driving to and from a destination and requiring overnight accommodations during the trip).
Team members can only have a maximum of 28 active TMTP room nights confirmed at any given time. HHonors points will not be accrued for any TMTP or HFTP travel. No HHonors offers can be combined or redeemed in conjunction with these programs.
2. How do I make my Reservations?
You may search for a hotel and book your room online at http://www.hilton.com/tmtp. If you are using the Team Member Travel Program you may also call 1-877- 54-ROOMS (877-547-6667) (Outside the U.S. and Canada). For the Hilton Family Trave Program, reservations must be made online. No reservations will be taken by telephone. You, the team member, must make all reservations, even if you will not be traveling with your family members.
Passport
1. Where do I get the Travel Passport?
After you've confirmed a reservation, visit your Human Resources Department with your confirmation number and obtain a signed Team Member Travel Passport or Hilton Family Travel Passport. If your hotel does not have a HR department, you may obtain your validated passport from your General Manager. Original passport must be presented at check-in. Hotels will not accept faxed or copied passports.
Be sure to keep your Passport in a safe place since you'll need to present it - along with a photo ID - at check-in.
Changing Plans
1. What if I have a change of plans?
If you must change or cancel your reservation, you may do so online or by calling 1-877-54-ROOMS. The rooms available through this program are subject to all cancellation, deposit, and guarantee policies in place at each hotel. Team members who do not cancel within the hotel's cancellation window, and do not arrive for their stay, will be charged at the published rate. Team members are responsible for settling all charges upon check-out.
